Hi all, i have a pending 485/765 eb3. Case in TSC, filed in June'21. My current employer was was nice enough for filing my GC and I really owe them a lot for it. But I feel like they are taking advantage of not paying me to my potential. I am good at what I do and certainly confident I can find jobs with much higher pay if I want to. But I don't want to go through the hassle of 485j and also transfer h1b. I am asking for suggestions from this community. What do you guys think I should do? I have been patient for the last 3years (thats how long it took since they started my GC process). But with current rate of inflation I am having a hard time financially keeping up. It hurts even more knowing there are so many opportunities out there.
FYI No movement in any of my case since filing.
health care worker certification
can someone help me ? if you are a health worker that applied for GC adjust status (l-485) relative , no thru job offer , do you still need to get the healt care worker certification ?. is somebody here that works as a health worker ( physical therapist ) that didn’t apply for a work visa , Insted married a US citizen and came here for that reason and no for work reasons and now wants to work in her / his fiel ?
VAWA EAD RENEWAL
hi guys,
recently put in my EAD renewal but yet to get receipt notice ,
if you just got laid off from a job and your EAD is about to expire , can you still expedite it ?
or will you be needing an offer letter to expedite ?
got Prima Facie already, but my EAD from pending I-130 is about to expire.
EAD approved, can it be used?
l’m currently on L1A visa with my spouse working on L2 EAD. I had a concurrent filing of my EB1-3 case, with EAD/AP approved, but I-140 still in progress. My L1-A extension is coming up and I plan to go it, considering my I-140 yet to be approved. Can anyone confirm, if my spouse can continue to work using the EAD/AP which has been approved, though it is not based on the L2 document?

Please help us out, my friend is in a dilemma. Ok, let me give you the background of her problem. She signed a contract with this traveling nursing agency that sponsored her EB3 (adjustment of status from F1 visa). She expedited her EAD and got approved two months ago. Unfortunately, the agency company has not been able to find her a place to work. As we know, traveling nursing is facing low demand as a result of declining census in the hospitals. Hospitals keep rejecting contract nurses sent to them. Now, my friend is in severe financial need and wants to pick up some PRN shifts or take a second full-time job with another agency while waiting for her employer to fix her up. She ran this by the manager and was told that it would affect her green card negatively.
How true is that claim please? Does working for another employer temporarily while waiting for your main employer have any impact on the green card? I don't know what to advise her since green card EAD is not restricted.
PLEASE HELP!

my employer is holding my GC and has not yet handed it over to me. it's been two months now and they are kind of blackmaling me. Not sure what do and due to too much pressure I resigned

currently on 2 year condition GC; what happens if when I filed 751 it takes forever?
thanks in advance for the help here. I just got my conditional marriage based Gc a few months ago and learned that I’ll need to file a 751 to remove conditions by the end of year 2 of my current GC. looking at processing times today I’m not optimistic the backlog gets significantly better by the time I have to file the 751. my question is…if the 751 process takes a year or 2 - what happens to my status in th the US? can I still work? can I travel overseas?
Can you do your IT Job and be part time realtor with pending I - 485 approval on your EAD?
I wanted to become a realtor working as a full time in IT with approved EAD. My I-485 still pending and awaiting for approval? Any concerns regarding immigration or IRS? Is it possible or not possible? #pending485
