Has this ever happened to anyone? I received an RFE by mail, but the RFE was never updated in the system. After responding to the RFE, the system was updated. This was in in February 2024,

and to this day it still shows “case was reopened.” I received a denied letter, but it was never updated in the system, and for two years my case has remained reopened. What should I do?

The countries visa pause list seem to have caused a big move in the priority dates. This was my prediction. Unfortunately, my country is on that pause list.

hey friends, I just wanna know what date we have to follow to file a Green card application final action date or filing date

Given the current situation of NIW ( March Visa Bulletin). Is it really worth it to do premium processing? and has anyone done premium processing and got approved this month (Feb, 2026)?

at last visa bulletin for march is released and what a surprise even with pause on visas still the same dates no movements from 5 months till now I think it’s time to lose hope in this I think.

I wonder if anyone has similar experience as I have now: No I-765 Receipt After 8+ Months, But I-131/485/360 Received – Anyone Similar?

Hi everyone, I filed my VAWA-based concurrent package (I-360, I-485, I-765, and I-131) on June 17, 2025. After a long delay (over 8 months), I finally received receipt notices in February 2026 for: • I-360 • I-485 • I-131 However, I still have not received a receipt for my I-765. All forms were mailed together in one package. Has anyone experienced a situation where I-131 and I-485 were receipted but I-765 was not? Did your I-765 receipt come later? Or did you have to refile? Any similar experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏

Hi everyone! After 3+ years of waiting, my F2A I-130 was Approved on February 18th (yesterday)! What was funny was that February 17th (the day before) I received a "Case is still being processed" update. Then 1 day later it was approved early morning on February 18th. *For Reference, this is my timeline and info:* Priority Date: January 4, 2023 Service Center: Nebraska (previously California) Country: Bahamas NO request for additional info (RFE) *timeline:* January 4, 2023: Petition received June 1, 2023: Case activity being reviewed February 17, 2026: Case is still being processed by USCIS February 18, 2026: Case Approved. Now, on to the NVC stage. I am hoping the Visa Pause is lifted by the time my interview is scheduled. WISHING APPROVALS FOR EVERYONE STILL WAITING 🤞

green card approval

hi everyone I'm asking if there's any green card approval (i485) from December 2021. i submitted my medical (Rfe) in June 2025 since then I've never received nothing from uscis,no update no approval no interview nothing at all just confirmed RFe received. I'm from a banned country I don't know if I suppose to call them or still waiting however the application is already out of the processing time posted.please any advice ???? this situation is very stressful 😭😭😭
