I-751 Finally After 3 year I received an update about my card is being produced
The God is the greatest! Today I got update that my card is being produced.
For possible questions, here’s my answers:
1. Did I apply for waiver? -No, I filed jointly and am still married to my husband.
2. Did we get interview. - No we didn’t, but we did on my first Green Card.
3. Did I apply with attorney? -Yes, and it helped a lot throughout my journey.
4. Am I from those banned 39 countries? Yes I am. God is the greatest!!! Put him first in situations you are, in good and bad! Never lose hope! He is the best planner!
5. Did we get any additional evidences required? - No we didn’t receive any requests,
and we never submitted one online too. Only while applying we provided maximum evidences.
God bless you all and hope you all get what you have deserved!

F2a Approved
Hi everyone! Just wanted to share an update on my case.
I just received a soft approval on my I-130! 🎉
I want to wish everyone who’s still waiting the very best—I truly hope you all receive your approvals soon.
Timeline:
* Priority Date: February 10, 2023
* I am from a country currently affected by the travel ban/pause.
* Everything started moving after I contacted my congressional representative and they submitted an inquiry on my behalf.
* July 1: Received my interview notice.
* July 9: Attended the interview at my local USCIS field office as the petitioner. I know this is not common for a consular case, I was surprised too
* July 18: I-130 approved (soft approval).
Don’t lose hope. I know how difficult the wait can be, but cases can still move forward. Wishing everyone the best, and I hope you all get good news very soon!
work permit renewal
Hey guys, I applied in July 2022 and am still waiting for my I-360 to be approved. I received a request for more info two years ago, good moral carácter. Last year, I received a notification that my I-495 had been transferred. I have received 2 prima facie so far; the second one expires next month. I submitted my Ead renewal last year. I have the extension till the end of February 2027. Has anybody done anything to speed this process? If so, what did you guys do? I have contacted USCIS, and they told me to reach back in July. Now they told me to check the processing times and that my work permit still shows as pending. The processing time indicates that I can submit an inquiry until November; if it keeps increasing, I might lose my job.
Any suggestions are well appreciated.
Vawa Case update
My VAWA green card interview was completed last year October 15,2025 at the Philadelphia field office and I didn't hear anything since then. I just got the update saying fingerprint was updated on your case. What does that mean? This process is draining especially with the whole shenanigans going on with the banned countries saga. Any advice or Anyone in this situation before should enlightened me

Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well both physically and mentally. I have an update on my I-485 application. I applied for VAWA in September 2021, and my VAWA was approved in September 2023. Two weeks ago, I received a mail for biometrics, and I went to get my fingerprints taken along with a photo. Yesterday, I received a notification in the app stating that the case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. My question, based on the experience of previous applicants, is what would be the next step—medical examination or interview? I have not submitted the medical exam since 2021.#vawa #i-485
