Visa Regressed
Hi! This is the status I got from Emma today. What this mean?
```
Although your priority date is current, your visa number has regressed. This means that your visa number was not allocated within the visa selections through the Department of State. Once allocated/selected, you should proceed to the next step of either an interview or case adjudication. Your case remains pending. The case location is the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. If the office needs something from you they will contact you for further information surrounding the case file. We cannot view each time officers may review your case file due to the processing/security checks that surround the file. The fact it is with an office indicates officers are actively reviewing it. We appreciate your patience while the case is continuing to be worked on.
we have taken an action on your case
i received two emails that USCIS have taken action on my case yesterday morning, when i sign in the i-130 was still the same and the i-485 was actively reviewing for the 3rd time.
any idea what this means?
Green card approved EB3
•PD: March 2022
•ROW
•I-140: PP but RFE info took to long to be provided by sponsoring company
•Travelled out of the country so had to wait 2 months to submit AOS
•I765 and I131 approved together - combo card
•Case was transferred in July to non FO where case went CRP and supplement J was approved, then back to NBC
•Dependent (husband) still pending. He got I765 approved one month after mine. (I131 was never approved)
If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. Happy to help!
dependent I-485
so I asked emma who confirmed dependent I-485 has been transferred to field office but primary applicants I-485 still in National Benefits Center.
two questions
1. is primary also processed within a few weeks apart ?
2. can dependent I-485 get approved before primary’s approval? I saw online this does happen at times - trying to understand if that’s frequent or more of an exceptional case.
what’s next that’s my question I haven’t got any news since my lawyer left my case
what can I do my mom is the one who filled out those paperwork for my greend card she passed away
