Adjustment of status from B2 after marrying US citizen
Hello! I (US citizen) met someone in the US while she was visiting on her B2 visitor visa. Its been about 3 months we met and we’ve genuinely developed the relationship from liking to wanting to do life together. I did some research online and looks like many things have changed related to immigration recently. We are genuinely wanting to get married and live together. Is it a good idea to file for change of status within US?
has anyone had a similar experience recently in past 8 months? what was your experience like.
