November Visa Bulletin is out
I have no idea why the filing dates were moved to April ‘23 for EB1 India in October bulletin if there isn’t any intention to move the FAD forward. Is it just so that more people can apply for AP and EAD?
I don’t think the quarterly updates apply anymore for those who think it will only move in Jan bulletin.
Vawa and Green Card
Hello everyone,
I am confused about the processing times for Vawa and Green Card . I filled for Vawa concurrently with Employment authorization and Green Card last year and I added my children with my application but their names are not listed in the Vawa application. Do my children have to wait 3 years to get their Green Card approved or it is just only me that have to wait 3 years ? And how long does Green card approval take

Hello guys, im from Peru, I sent all my forms when my prior date was current, june 2022, i sent my I-131, EAD, Green card form, unfortunately everything chance, then u know everything chance, but my green card application was accepted but they sent me a form that was on pending until a visa was available for me, my ead was on a C09 category, so i asked my lawyer i could apply for an Advance Parole, and she said, yess, but she never did that w a SIJS, so i took the risk and i applied, 12 later was approved until Jun 2030 , so i decided to travel back to my country for 10 days, when i come back, they took me to the second room, and they took my fingerprints, they took me a photo, and ask me, the custom was a little bit rude, but at the end she told, welcome back! the airport was JFK! i share this for other SIJS w green card pending, that we got the chance to go back to our country w no issues
NVC Interview - Lusak Zambia Embassy
How long after becoming DQ can I hear back from NVC / Consulste office regarding the interview date? Was DQ 29th September 2025.
Is it true that the wait time is 1-4months ? If yes how do I check for this information please? Any leads will be appreciated.

N-400 Second Interview.
Hi, Can anyone Share their experience or have any idea about Second interview of N-400? i had my N-400 interview and i passed my test but agent said They need to review my case. Today i chat with Live agent on emma & they mentioned Uscis trying to schedule another interview for me & I’m confused “For what”? Can anyone share their thoughts or experiences or expertise? i filed under 3yr rule in SF.

14 Oct 2025 : check document tab in My uscis website and foung I-130 approval letter (from taxas)
14 Oct 2025 : status still showing “case is still being processes by uscis”
any idea on how many day we will get NVC case number?

Vawa application
Hi everyone,
I need some advice and hope. I applied for adjustment of status through marriage in 2020 and received my EAD. However, during my interview, my husband’s abusive behavior caused my case to be denied — he messed everything up on purpose. He was emotionally, physically, and psychologically abusive, as well as unfaithful. I filed for VAWA in August 2025 with all my evidence (psychological evaluation, medical reports, etc.). Has anyone been in a similar situation, with a denied marriage-based case before filing VAWA? How long did it take to get your prima facie, EAD, and travel document? Thank you.
The journey so far….
Filed for 1-30 in 2022, getting approved till 2024 then my interview in may 2025, which was refused on administrative purpose then visa issue.
it has been one wait or the other - from waiting for approval to hoping to get issued. But in all these what matters was the thought of having the one thing that keeps you close to people you love.
I just received my green card and I can say it is green , I am grateful to God for the strength to stay patience and hopeful and for these community that shared feedback to give hope.
For now , I will take my flowers and take a bow until the next one N-400
Keep the faith alive , the wait would be over soon.
