case approved
Alhumdulilah ( Thanks to Almighty Allah) my case got approved today . i am going to share my details in this post . The purpose of sharing my details are that may be it can help someone on this platform. i came to United States in August 2022 on a J-1( exchange visiting professor) visa sponsored by a university. My wife and kids got J-2 visa . soon after joining i realized that university will take their time to apply for green card. So i decided to file EB2-NIW with the help of Chen/North American Immigration . I filed I-140 with PP in May 2023 and got approved in 5 days. My university applied for my H1B which got approved and i filed my I-485 in December 2024 after my PD became current in October 2024. Received and RFE for polio vaccination. Submitted my Response and got approved today. i know people ask about Nationality. i am from Pakistan So here is my advise 1- Be positive, Be patient and have Faith. its just a matter of time 2-if you can afford . Do it with the help of a good law firm . both i-140 and i-485 3- if you can afford , go for priority processing for i-140 4- if you filing yourself then do a thorough research because there are very small small details that can mess up your case Good luck to all

@raza khan lucky you, seems the LA FOs are very efficient. Most approvals I have seen so far were processed by them.
