I filed my mandamus lawsuit on October 6, 2026, but the government attorney has not appeared on the docket yet. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is it normal for the government attorney to take this long to appear? Should I just continue waiting, or is there anything I need to do at this point?

hi is it i-485 pending? and if so did you sue the USCIS in 19month case ? did you get an attorneys advice mandamus?
I’m sure next week you’ll get a response from the court but Idk what’s gonna be and I hope you get a approval before that

I also submitted my WOM on October 2nd. The government attorney hasn’t appeared on the docket yet. However deadline is Dec 18. Hopefully something happens by then
