does anyone know how to check processing times for I 485 in nbc?
my ead was approved may 12, 2023 but the i131 still says case received. i485 was filed with ead and ap but I’m confused about the service center for eb1. it says nbc but there’s no option to select nbc in uscis case processing times. does anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

idk if this is a stupid question but how long does a case take to be transferred from NBC to local FO? it’s almost a year and it’s still at NBC, idk why this even said they sent me an RFE when all I was the deficiency notice for medical right after my biometrics or was that considered to be the RFE?

1601a mandamus
it’s now 106 days since did mandamus i601a and no any movement or update ! does any one off you waiting this long for mandamus ? is this normal ! I regret now I did this stupid mandamus , what’s the point spent so much money for nothing! reason I did was so I can get answer in 60 days ! plzz share thank you
medical RFE receipt
I resent my medical RFE in early April 2023 after they lost my initial one that I concurrently filed (7/7/2022). I checked the tracking number and it was signed by someone. My PD is not current anywmore so it changed to “case remains pending” in late April. Is it safe to assume that my mRFE has been filed? Should there have been a status update/message or a way for me to know that it’s been processed? I just want to make sure my application does not get denied.
I-485 transfered to Nebraska service center(NSC) from National benefits center (NBC)
Filed I-485 at NSC . NSC transfered I-485 to NBC . Today I just talked with live representative and asked about my case , he said it is sitting Currently in NSC. This looks like another transfer from NBC. Anyone has this kind of experiences ?

hello everyone! i hope you are all doing good. I have questions. I have an approved i30 from my husbands petition back in 2016. After that he was Physically abusive and he's always threathening me, So i run away from him in 2017. We never filed a divorce. I filed vawa with i485 on Jan 2023 and I got my biometrics last May 19. I got my prima facie last May 1. My case online said fingerprint was taken in my i485 only. Not in my vawa, ead, and AP application. What does it means? And Can i use my i30 priority date which was 2016 to my i360? Thank you.
