medical RFE receipt
I resent my medical RFE in early April 2023 after they lost my initial one that I concurrently filed (7/7/2022). I checked the tracking number and it was signed by someone. My PD is not current anywmore so it changed to “case remains pending” in late April. Is it safe to assume that my mRFE has been filed? Should there have been a status update/message or a way for me to know that it’s been processed? I just want to make sure my application does not get denied.

i just submitted my rfe medical. how can we confirm reciept?

they sent me notice for Medical RFE on 30th June they said that I will get them on the 14 of April, if I will not get them I should go on line. I did not get them I went on line the said I should wait until the 30th of April. I got the them through email on the 30th of April and I submitted on the 15th May. Today 24th may I got updated that they have received them and they have started working on my case again.
