I have many questions about this. 1) Can I stay in the US legally with an approved I-360? 2) What is backlog? 3) How long will it take me to get a GC approved thru SIJ? I would appreciate any opinion!

I believe you can stay. backlog is basically how long the line is. How long have to wait nobody really knows. maybe months maybe years. Some people say about 4 years for cases filled on 2022. I hope is less but as I said nobody knows.

If you have already applied for your green card, it will probably take 1 year and a half to get your green card, but I don't believe it will take 4 years
