Expediting I-765 and I-485 through Congressmen
Just for reference, I’m married to USC, turned in I-765, I-484, i130 and i131 all together on 10/17/2022. Adjusting from F-1. processing center is NBC.
I’ve just graduated and have a waiting job offer. I need to start working soon for financial reasons. We contacted a local Senator to expedite both i765 and i485. They’ve accepted the expedite a few days ago. We sent in a cover letter with case numbers and the job offer. But I’ve heard that expediting through the senator isn’t effective?
should I try to expedite through Emma?

Processing time
Hello Community,
Anyone has had this experience before: When I log into my USCIS account under my I130 there is a tab " Processing time" Originally it said time was not available because it was taking longer to process my application. Eventually it went from that message to saying 3 months and so on, now is down to 2 weeks. My question is, how accurate is this processing time table?
We're all here waiting and waiting just looking for ways to expedite our applications or to get some sort of light at the end of the tunnel..... Please share!

I-485 / EB3-1 / NJFO experience
Does anyone have an experience with I-485 in NJFO?
I have my I-485 receipt on Feb 7th 2022 and I have received RFE July 2022. I have been hearing negative reviews of NJFO and wanted to seek some positivity...
Also I am in Atlanta and I don't know why NBC transferred my case to Newark.

although this app says there has been a decision it’s not true. today we made it to 365 days of waiting! hopefully sometime soon we will get that answer :)

Still waiting. Got a courtesy letter in March 2023 in regards to my medical. send it off and they received it on April 3th 2023. However nothing has been updated or changed since last year

visa help - not sure on forms
hi there,
I am from the UK and my husband is a US citizen. we have been waiting almost a year for an answer but I'm worrying that we may have missed something. we submitted the I-130 but not sure if anything else needs to be submitted alongside it. I'm worried if we forgot something it will slow us down.
He is currently living with me in the UK whilst we await our decision but run the risk of losing job offer and home if we stay here much longer.

please I have been trying to call uscis on a military help line I found on Google that ends with 64 but the are just sending me text messages not giving me the chance to speak to a live agent. please anyone who could help with the number to contact uscis my spouse is an active duty military member. thank you for your help

How long can a case be shelved ?
I think they decided to shelf my case and forget about it. I got a second active review on May 8, and nothing in docs. how long can they self a case for ? could it be another year or two or three? I’m now concerned.. I’ll see an attorney if it goes beyond 15 months..
