For my timeline, I had posted it earlier. However, i submitted i-360 and i-485 concurrently and USCIS received my applications 16th March, 2018
I received about Three Prema Facies
I received one RFE for i-360 March 2022
I received NOID (Notice of intent to deny) June 2022
I responded to the NOID October 2022
VAWA got approved November 3rd 2022
I received RFE for medical i-485 March 2023
I responded April 2023
May 15th 2023, GREEN CARD APPROVED.

@diana_new johnson No interview and i did not expedite. However in December 2021, I reached out to my congressman’s office.
@Hmmm Hmmmmm Utility bills bearing my name and my ex’s name, joint bank statement, pictures (i think about three), my Life insurance with her as beneficiary. I think that was it and then of cos my abuse story and the attestation of two other people.
