June 4 2022 vermont still nothing this service centre the not moving

filed in Oct 2021 and I never even a get an active review on my i-130

@mike mike I’m here filed I-130 on Oct/2021 the only update for it is actively reviewed by uscis 102 days ago ( first time ) .. my case on the shelf too

@roro April 2022 In the past — 15 years ago I got married and filed I-130 and for givorced 10 years ago. three years ago i filed I-129 for another person, it got approved after 3 months but then i cancelled it by sending a letter to the counselate. 2 years ago I met my current wife and I got married 15 months ago and filed I-130… I hope all these past filings won’t affect my case.. that’s why I’m thinking I got a second active review but no approval yet.. so I wonder how long my case will take… and if previous filings will impact my case negatively… I’m so concerned

@mike mike tried to expedite the process of I-130 all of these things you mentioned have nothing to do with your current case as you cancelled the Fiancé visa

@roro April 2022 I tried to expedite for financial reasons but the problem is my income is way too high.. so got denied twice expedite.. an income over 160K isn’t gonna help.. I told them I have many bill to pay.. I don’t think that an expedite will get approved :/

@mike mike do it for humanitarian reasons and if they ever ask for evidence you can write a letter stating all the depression and tiredness you are facing.. try to tell them in the letter that you understand the work load they have but you wish if they can approve your expedite request

@roro April 2022 it’s very frustrating and depressing.. my wife is in turkey and I’m stuck here in San Diego alone.. it’s miserable actually.. I fly often but I can’t keep flying because of my business.. the entire process is so unfair..
