NVC Joint Sponsor
How long does it take to be able to upload joint sponsor information for the NVC?
I uploaded the I-864 but am waiting to be able to submit the rest of the joint sponsor’s documents. I the petitioner submitted all of my documents already. Would you know how long it will take the NVC to allow me to upload the joint sponsors docs?
denied i485 after approval of i130
So i got an email from uscis field office asking for my medical rfe and any additional evidence to support i130 in March. on april 3 i mailed everything with copy of email attached and it was received the following day by uscis. 2 weeks later my 130 got approved and my 485 went to “actively being reviewed “. I got another notice in the mail asking for the same medical rfe i sent already. went back to the office and they gave me another copy that I sent on May 3rd. yesterday I got a letter saying that my 485 was denied because I didn’t respond to rfe so case was considered abandoned. has that happened to anyone? what do i do now?
