Nvc documents qualified
my nvc docs for my husband are approved since July 27th 2022 and it says its sent to Islamabad embassy, Pakistan and still waiting on his interview date. expedite request got declined too. now I have a baby girl too and still no email for interview date. any tips? anything I can do at my end?

Does that mean that my Green card has been approved before my travel document and employer card? Is it early to be happy or should I scream out loud and run in my thiny apartment at 4am in the morning? Let me know guys. I am wating!!!!

Hi, I am applying i131 form ( Reentry permit ) because of some critical situation in the family. i have few questions so please answer if possible. Thanks in advance.
1. Can I leave the United States after my biometric appointment?
2. should I wait and live in USA until I get the approval notice from USCIS?

In my case, I got the i695 deficiency form to submit my Medicals. 4months after submitting my Medicals, I got and interview scheduled for next month.
