Has anyone been in this situation? On April 28th I received a courtesy email for medical . Medical was delivered to them on May4th . ( No update to say it was recieved ) . Today I got a notification “Request For Initial Evidence Was Sent” . checked documents tab there was no document with RFE so I’m not sure what it’s for . I spoke to a live agent through Emma a few hours after and was told “your case was approved today and is awaiting card production . Please wait for approval notice to arrive in the mail “. Checked documents tab there was no approval notice .
Broke 300 days…. This is taking so long and I miss my fiancé.
I spoke to USCIS and they told me it could be February before we get a decision. How?? That’s beyond the 16.5 months. I just don’t know what to do anymore…

hi! can someone tell me if the financial proof that I submitted to nvc is enough, I uploaded the affidavit of support form
tax returns and W2 from the last 3 years
and if it is necessary to bring the sponsor original birth certificate to the interview since I uploaded it as evidence of us citizenship or it is not required to bring it, I have all of the applicant documents in original tho
