I have just travel with AP last month and just back to US beginning of this month. I will work to sponsor from end of this month
Greeen 2023May 23, 2023
Did you get a letter from your employer to show that you will work for them end of the month?
Joe JudahMay 23, 2023
I will work for my sponsor only when I get my GC. I have my parole but it is the policy of the Company. I am wondering to travel to my Country in July but it makes me feel scared 😳

I went to my country last month and it was so smooth. they didn’t ask if I was working or not. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense that you have an EAD but don't work for the sponsor.

what you prefer to do with EAD if you’re planning to work for sponser after getting GC. it’s taking longer time to process right now. Are you planning to do any job before getting GC and once GC approved join to sponsor?
Joe JudahMay 23, 2023
while I am waiting my GC and start to work for my sponsor I work by myself as a trader. The building that I am going to work in my residence state will be already soon so I can only wait for them….we are not obrigate to work before get a green card. It depends of the company. In my case I don’t have agencies behind me. My case is directly by the Company and they are paying all process, so I follow the rules by them..

@T N where are u from ? i am also scared to go . I have my advance parale and work permit
Bill : )May 23, 2023
Each situation is unique. I notice that employers are urgently seeking people, while individuals are eager to begin earning money. That's why it may seem strange. However, it's great that you can wait until the GC is issued. Many individuals have direct processes with the company, and personally, I don't know anyone who is utilizing an agency. Nevertheless, this is not about work; it pertains to traveling with advanced parole. Rest assured, if you haven't violated your status, there's no need to worry. The only certainty is that you will undergo a secondary check in the "feared room" what is not too bad. Once again, I'm unaware of anyone who left and couldn't return. I even consulted with my lawyer, who confirmed that in his 20 years as an immigration lawyer, he has never witnessed his clients being denied entry. It might be interesting to ask if any of you know someone who was unable to enter using advanced parole.

@brcm brcm where are you from? When was your PD?
Bill : )May 24, 2023
@brcm brcm What is your Priority Date?. I can relate to your experience. When I bought my ticket, it brought back a flood of emotions after being away from my country for so long. I couldn't help but shed tears of joy. However, there was also a tinge of fear, wondering if I would face any difficulties re-entering the country. The visa bulletin added to the uncertainty, leaving me unsure if my PD would become current next month, next year, or even two years from now. Predicting the timeline has become extremely challenging in these circumstances. Despite the uncertainty, I took the leap and went, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. I have no regrets. Interestingly, how this was my wife second time visiting our country, she didn't need any additional verification. It was just my family and me in the room, but just me had a second verification with. it didn’t take 5 min and the officer brought my passaporte and AP. The return process was smooth as well.

@Bill : ) my anxiety makes me so stressed
Bill : )May 24, 2023
Less than 24 hours after buying my ticket, I canceled it because I was so scared with no re-entry, so I called my lawyer, and he told me to go and enjoy this time with your family. Honestly till you step here again you will feel scary, but everything will be ok.
