Hi I have a question my I751 is pending since 2020 now today I got RFE but we got divorced now . so my question is do I have to send divorce decree or not ? Please help me

Gather all the documents, write down your own statement regarding marriage and divorce. Specify the reasons of divorce. ask friends and family to write affidavits regarding your marriage and divorce also. Ask USCIS to convert your case to waiver also attach the divorce copy.
