Green Card Received
Hi y’all, my greencard application based on marriage to a US citizen got approved without an interview and I received my card in the mail. I’m sharing my timeline for reference. RFE was for the medical exam form. Other than that, everything was straight forward. I’m based in Atlanta and I hired an immigration attorney at the beginning of the process so they handled everything for me.

Travel after GC
I have received my GC last week. I need to travel outside of the country for a few months. I know that I cannot stay more than 6months outside of US each year. My question is that does 6 months rule starts from the day you have received your card till the following year or is it for the year 2023? Does anyone have an experience about travel dates? I need to plan my travel dates accordingly. Thanks in advance

someone with the same experience , can tell me about this. On may 8th my I130 and I485 were approved but my son’s I130 was approved but I485 actively being reviewed since that date, anybody knows how long after I130 approval they approved I485?

my EAD is approve it’s a combo card,but my form I485 still pending with uscis till now 99days have someone have the same situation with me ?
my form 485 have 99days since they received my RFE no update yet’ but they approved my EAD Card for me last weekend I stay only form 485 pending with uscis I’m waiting for final decision from uscis! have someone have the same situation with me?
