my EAD is approve it’s a combo card,but my form I485 still pending with uscis till now 99days have someone have the same situation with me ?
my form 485 have 99days since they received my RFE no update yet’ but they approved my EAD Card for me last weekend I stay only form 485 pending with uscis I’m waiting for final decision from uscis! have someone have the same situation with me?

what does combo cards mean ?

when you receive the combo card that’s mean you have a application at uscis pending form I-485

@Resul Gundogdu A combo card is a combined work permit(I-765) and travel document (I-131) which allows you to travel out and get back into the US while your Adjustment of status(I-485) is pending. When these 2 are combined in the same card, it is called a combo card. Sometimes these 2 documents are issued separate.

I thought they don’t do combos anymore. my EAD was approved today im really hoping for a combo, but did you i131 change? mine is still pending

@madina aitzhanova I received my combo today and then I’m waiting final decision uscis about my case 485 I call uscis today they tell me I can travel outside the us with combo

@Noah Bobby combo card is different from I-485. lol so yeah you can have a combo and your I-485 can b either approved or not. they are different
