On March 23, 2023, we transferred your Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, (Nunc Pro Tunc)
They transferred from Nebraska to Vermont. we initially applied for this extension in September 2022. I couldn’t go home for a very longtime because of that. Any idea how long this is going to take?

EB1C AoS - AP document not received after “approved” and “AP document Produced”
EB1C- after 7 months I was approved and then status changed to “AP document Produced” but it is now more than 3 weeks I haven’t received the AP doc. I have to urgently travel to india. what are the consequences when I travel out and come back using my valid L1A?
i485 RFE " Proof of continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from the date the I-485 application was filed to the date of the RFE."
My case changed to CRP and I received an RFE asking for Proof of continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from the date the I-485 application was filed to the date of the RFE., however, i still under F1 status and did not receive my EAD/AP, therefore I did not work for the sponsor. have anyone seen this before? thanks!
Medical RFE - Vaccination record
Hi guys!! i have applied for the marriage to US Citizen residency and Uscis has send an RFE for the medical exams. My problem is that I do not have a vaccination record, my parents have looked everywhere and they believed they have lost it so I only have a vaccination record for Covid that was in the recent years. I understand the vaccination record is mandatory, what can I do?
I got my first Prima Facie on March 14,2022. and now mine expired more than 60days. but I haven’t seen the renewal 2nd Prima facie. is that normal? does anyone have that same problem ?
