You should go to where you had your vaccines and they should be able to give you a copy of all your vaccines record

Im from Peru most of the places where i got my vaccines dont longer exist, is not common to keep a record, what can i do?

All you have to do is to go to any USCIS doctor near you and they will give you some blood tests to do so that they can know wether you still have immunity or not. after that, the doctor will give you the list of vaccines you need to do. ( The doctor will give you some forms to fill out of course an that record plus vaccines go to the USCIS FO)

go get titers and you’ll know which one you got.

we had same issues so our doctor ordered some blood test to check if my husband has antibodies. that came out negative so he got those vaccines again and submitted to uscis

retake all of them simple

@Claudia Miranda go to the USCIS doctor near you. use the uscis site to find one. they will start the process give you the vaccines start the paperwork and submit. no worries

there are certain vaccines that USCIS requires. You can either go to the County’ immunization center and gets them for free, or visit your USCIS doctor and pay for them. In my case TB and flu shots were required

thank you!!! I went to the doctor and they gave me 2 shots and took blood samples to see if i was going to need any another kind of shot. The hepatitis one takes 7 months as is 3 dosis however they told me I could send my results just with the first one, no problem
