i485 RFE " Proof of continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from the date the I-485 application was filed to the date of the RFE."
My case changed to CRP and I received an RFE asking for Proof of continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from the date the I-485 application was filed to the date of the RFE., however, i still under F1 status and did not receive my EAD/AP, therefore I did not work for the sponsor. have anyone seen this before? thanks!

Did they specifically asked you continued employment from your sponsorsed employer? and what proof they asked for

The lawyer didn't receive the RFE. I'm not working for anyone as I still on my F1 status and don't have EAD/AP yet. they also asked for a i485 supplement J and I didn't even think about changing my employer at all.

i think they only asked you for the I485J . No big deal .. You don’t have to worry about that

i485j is proof of bonafide employment. doesn’t necessarily to be related to sponsor porting. your attorney will help you file i485j

how many rfe have you received so far? and did you submit medical together with i485 in the first place?

@a t T the sponsor had an RFE on i140, i haven't had any RFE's until now. my case went from biometrics to case remains Pending, then the RFE. so even if I don't wanna change the sponsor, i still have to file the i485j to prove bona fide employment? thanks
