I got my first Prima Facie on March 14,2022. and now mine expired more than 60days. but I haven’t seen the renewal 2nd Prima facie. is that normal? does anyone have that same problem ?

@juju blanke I thought that they automatically renewal it. so I guess I have to send them the letter. I don’t have lawyer. I hope that I still renew for me without lawyer 🙏🏼

@Abdul Malik I did move. I did change my address through the link on USCIS case tracking. and I also checked my old address, but nothing came home. that why I’m so worried and stressed

i submitted my case in june 2021, I got 2 prima facies so far and the second expired in March this year and no 3rd one so far. I hope they are about to aprove my case!

@ivy le you have to write them to change your address. I did mines online and they sent me a letter saying they weren’t able accept my request I have to write a letter. they do that so they know it’s actually you and no one else.

@Abby k oh ok. thank you for letting me know. I didn’t see anything from about I change my address. but good to know. is that too late for letting them know. because I moved last October 2022. I did have confirmed number from them.

@ivy le no you can still let them know, just so when they do send out your EAD and so forth. they go to the right place.
