you will receive welcome letter from NVC within 2-3 weeks. while waiting for welcome letter you should gather all of the following documents: Petitioners documents: - Affidavit of support (Form i-864) - Federal income tax for year 2022 ,w2 or transcripts Beneficiary Document: - fill online DS-260 Form - Birth Certificate - Police Certificate - Passport size photo - Passport Bio Page - Marriage Certificate, Marriage Translation - Police Certificate if lived abroad - if you are going to use joint sponsor then you need the filling from him/her - Affidavit of support - Copy of Citizenship - 3 year federal tax return - Domicile (driving card, utility bills etc)
