I-131 Reason for Filing
Can someone please explain why everyone tends to submit Form I-131 (advanced parole) when submitting I-485 (AOS)? The instructions on USCIS’s website say you have to provide evidence for reason of travel under either educational purposes, employment purposes, or humanitarian purposes. But most people don’t have those reasons so why file for I-131? I’m just confused
Both Advance Parole and EAD got approved within 44 days
I just want to share my timeline.
I concurently filed my I-140, I-485, I-765 and I-131 on April 10th. Yesterday, my EAD got approved and Today my advanced parole got approved.
I-140 and I-485 are still pending.
