Applied for Marriage Visa Feb2023
I applied for my wife to come here from Turkey ; I finished the application in February 2023. I just wanted to know how long would it be till I get a interview date or an approval? any ideas or estimates

it depends, must of the cases can take a little more than a year to complete the whole process. :( once your case is approved from USCIS you case will go to the NVC stage and the waiting starts again.. :(

my wife is also from turkey. we are on day 100 for work authorization and travel and day 127 for the I 130.

@g p hi, overally, from the beginning I mean starting the USCIS process it takes around 1 year to get approved for sure some other factors are effective. after approval, your case will send to nvc for further process. if your documents are all complete, after 1 or 2 months you will take case completion and your case will send to the u.s embassy in your home country. averagely after 3 months you will take appointment email 2 moths before your interview.

@c turk we got work authorization on day 107, may 30, but stand alone.
no travel yet.
I 130 says 2 months estimated processing time, down from 10.

@g p yes I checked mine it does say 3 months instead of 10 as well
