I need 131 AP....
I received a physical EAD card a few days ago.
There was a little hope that my EAD card may have Advanced Parole written on it even though there was no 131 approval yet.
That didn't happen unfortunately.
I am waiting desperately for 131 approval đ

Hello,
I filed for petition for my husband last April 08,2022. After that it says Actively reviewing and then November 2022, in processing times it says 3 months then after that in January it shows "your case is taking longer than expected to process", then on April it shows 2 months again and then right now it shows again your case is taking longer. Is the processing time in USCIS is accurate? Does it mean we have to wait longer for the approval? Thank you. #I-130 #Philippines
