I filed mandamus against uscis attorney general it been 2 months but any update yet. my lawyer said it better to fil against uscis attorney than the court.please I help

you sue uscis in federal court. the paper goes to the us attorney in the same state.

fast .my lawyer s said he send a he papers through .to uscis email and they respond back “ they said thank to my lawyer filling through to them to avoid litigation “ . I his what attorney respond back the email.

ice Cream yes exactly but did you think uscis usually respond to declaratory judgment ?when my lawyer send the notice ,uscis responded him said “thank you to let’s us know it will help to avoid litigation” .he received it by email.so my lawyer said we should wait until 90 days
