sharing my timeline, we filed online and NOA1 came from Texas service center, RFE from Potomac and approval from Texas - we got case is being actively reviewed and approval was in documents tab.

NVC REJECTED MARRIAGE CERITIFICATE
NVC has rejected my marriage certificate twice!!
I have a valid marriage ceritificate in english but it is in black and white form with the official seal on the back. Is there any problem with the color or is it because of the seal.

Finally I-130 Approved as of today ☺️☺️😊🥳💥
Finally approved with so much of wait. Got a second active review today and saw in documents section approval notice for I-130 which came from Vermont service center which is strange. I was told that it’s processing at Potomac. No expedite or anything else at all and just waited patiently for approval to come. Feeling so happy and relieved 🥲
Now on to the next steps and waiting for the NVC letter to come which shouldn’t take so long

I applied i485 on September 2022 and still waiting. People who applied in November mostly got their green card.

travel with expired green card
Has anyone experience traveling with an expired green card? I have a conditional green card and I am bound to pick up my son in the Phippines next month. I filed an extension and was given the i797 notice of action for 48 months. Is that letter enough for reentry in Asia?
