We are in a virtual queue so how long one waits depends on his/her luck, unfortunately! I am now seeing some cases filed in 2020 adjudicated. Good luck to all of us who are still waiting. It will end someday.

it has nothing to do with when you applied for i485. it's related to underlying PD. when you applied for i140? if its after Feb 2022 then you have to wait your date is current.

@Mona A. I doubt if they go strictly by PD. Their usual language is that every case is unique which is true but never tell any one what makes their case unique.

PD is March 2021. I don't know anymore. Lots of people seem to wait forever and others get a stamp of approval within a few months.

My PD is July 14, 2021 but I recently applied for my AOS, April 27, 2023 and the status has changed to the fingerprints were already taken. so how long can i wait to get my case approved?
