@huy nguyen congratulations 🎊🎈🎉 so happy for you .. can you please tell me if the Ombudsman helped you? I-130 pending since Oct/2021 and I-485 marked 403 days today .. 92 days since I submitted my medical RFE

@roro April 2022 : thank you. I think he/she did help out because there was a discrepancy in the record. Uscis said that they received my medical docs on Feb 10th but the tracking from post office stated they made the delivery on Feb 13th. So after waiting for 3 months and didn’t see anything, I go ahead and ask for help from DHS ombudsman last Friday and today my package is approved

@huy nguyen I submitted my medical more than 90 days ago and they sent me an email after a bunch of inquiries stating that they received my medical.. I’m going to contact the DHS Ombudsman tomorrow
