You sure can be approved if you go to the interview with your abuser while you have a pending Vawa if you can convince the ISO the marriage is of good faith. VAWA and i130 is two different cases. If you don’t attend the interview and didn’t have it rescheduled then you will be placed on removal proceeding. so my advise with or without abuser attend interview and explain your predicament!!!!
