no notice yet after move to Field office
i have not received a transfer notice when my case moved from nbc to La county. is this normal? the online portal still says fingerprint were taken on april 10th.

Mine transferred to the Honolulu field office in Dec 2022, and I didn’t get any physical notice or update. I did however get a USCIS Courtesy Notice email earlier this month (which basically just told me that it’s in Honolulu etc.)

thank you @Ali my lawyer told me these transfers are usually just for management of work load and dont mean much. kind of disappointing I thought the case would move forward.

cases transfer to field office will not receive any notice. mine is also transferred to San Francisco FO and not received any notice on it.

@Ali Meer My case was also moved to Chicago FO in APR and I have not received either email or physical mail about the transfer, My online case status still shows finger prints applied from Dec-15-2022

@WP EB1C I received it. they are asking for a bonafide employment confirmation . Which means that they want know Im employed by the same employer.

Update on my end - got a physical transfer notice now, saying my case is at NBC. Not sure if good or bad news, but at least there’s movement right?

@Ali Meer weird update - status now updated to ‘case remains pending’ - temporarily pausing work on my application until visa becomes available. Crazy, as my PD is current and the visa bulletin doesn’t show anything about retrogression for my PD of 1/13/2022. Sigh, the pain continues…

@Ali speak to a tier one or tier 2 officer directly. try to ask your lawyer to send letters explaining your case.
