idk if this is a stupid question but how long does a case take to be transferred from NBC to local FO? it’s almost a year and it’s still at NBC, idk why this even said they sent me an RFE when all I was the deficiency notice for medical right after my biometrics or was that considered to be the RFE?

in my knowledge, if your case is waived interview, it will not be transferred to local FO. in this situation, local FO is be used to check the processing time for your case.

@Dana s regarding to a live agent through the phone my case transferred to the FO 2 weeks after I filed my applications .. today marked almost 14 months since that day

i filed on oct 18 2021 and according to Emma, my case was transferred to Field office (other than local FO) on Dec 8, 2022.
