I am trying to send an email to ICIS for an update on my case, I get the message below. I am unable to send an email. Has anyone experienced this? Or, know what comes next? Thank you.
" YOU CANNOT SEND A MESSAGE AT THIS TIME'

oh yeah I got that too because they're working on it, specially they're doing background check on you (the sponsor) when they are done they will contact you and your beneficiary to let you know the decision

yes I sent a message since april 24th they don't answer me back...I can't contact them via inbox they said I have to wait..

they changed the system. I contacted the chat and this is what they said
If your Form 1-134,
Declaration of Financial
Support, or Form 1-134A
Online Request to be a
Supporter and Declaration of
Financial Support, has not
yet been confirmed as
sufficient AND was
submitted less than 180
days prior, you will not be
able to submit a secure
message through your
USCIS online account.
