K1 FINALLY IN TRANSIT
We filed our petition 7/21/21 … NOA 2 10/1/22 and we went into transit this morning 1/17/23… This has been an excruciating process but we are at the end! Just waiting on Nigeria to open interview slots now hopefully soon🤞🏼🙌🏼❤️ I know immigration is a beast to deal with but keep going bc eventually things will work out! #FianceVisa #K1

Guys, so on my case status I got approved on DECEMBER 20th, 2021. NO1 was October 12th, 2021. Received NO2 by December 27th or 28th. Now on January 12th, 2023 my case status changed. Now it says I got approved on January 12th, 2023 and yesterday I received another NO2. Im not only worried that my case was not sent to the NVC on my first approval because thats 2-3 weeks backed up already if they waited until my January approval to send it to NVC. This also shows how unorganized they have been with these case because how do you approve a case twice? That second time approving me could've been someone else that have not heard from them at all and have been waiting forever.#K1

I can't express enough how thrilled I am. A big relief. One step closer to finally marry and enjoy life with the man God gave me to love.
Keep you hopes high, guys. I know that some days motivation simply disappears, we lose patience, get frustrated... I felt all those things myself, but this is how it was meant to be.

NVC DOCUMENTS
Good night community. was reviewing some items that needs to be submitted to the NVC and was confused about something and figured maybe you’ll can help me. Since some of you’ll have passed this timeline of yhe process already. For the affidavit of supporting when submitting the documents to NVC, which form do I use? is it Form I-134 or Form I-864? because some i was reading about it, and some place has i-134 and others i-864. So am confused which is the proper form to use for the K1 I-129F process. #K1 #I-129F
fiancé visa question
I, petitioner, applied to Fiance Visa 260 days ago. I have pro analysis and 3 months ago I was 94th in line, it seems that everyday I keep moving up. today I’m 109th out of 240 in line? can you pls explain why I keep moving back in line as new people get added? I applied in April, shouldn’t my place in line keep going down as time passes? why do new people who recently applied move ahead of my application? thank you in advance :)
