when my interview is going to be scheduled?
I checked my case on uscis website and it says like this
1. On December 27, 2021, We received your response to our request for Evidence •••
2. Response received on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 5:22 pm EDT. We will review the evidence.
Do you guys know how long does it take since they review the case till schedule interview? Seems like uscis is reviewing my case since May but nothing change till now :( how long are they gonna review my case?

So these are the number of K1 visas that have been sent NOA1 and not looked at yet as of Aug 6 … I got the numbers from a Facebook group I’m in. I hope this information is helpful and as a July 21 filer, I’m looking for an approval this fall!! God bless

NVC Timeframe K1 Visa
Hai i got NOA2 at July 19, 2022 and the mail delivered to my F address at July 22, 2022. They said in the letter that they (USCIS) already send the case to NVC.
I wanna ask about how long until at least we get email from nvc about NVC case number? Thank you 😇🙏

Our case was approved on June 10 at USCIS. I don’t know when USCIS sent the case to NVC. We haven’t gotten the welcome letter yet. Are we able to fill out the DS160 before getting our NVC case number? Or do we have to wait until it arrives?
