mine took 1 months

they received mine from May 9th and i don't see no update yet 😕, anyway the deadline was June 30th so i don't know if they will acknowledge it from the deadline day forward.

Once you sent them a RFE response and They don’t react in 60 days you have to call them and let them know ( I think it’s on the RFE letter)

yes Leyy they said it on the form so i will out 60days after their final dates which is June 30th, i even trying enquiry regarding out of processing time but it's starting that i have until September 28th.... I'm 368 days waiting for an approval.

did you send it via mail/ upload it on your account? usually uploading with in 24-48hrs they receive it and your status change to actively reviewing your case. Hope this helps

Same! My files are too big to upload to my USCIS account so I mailed it. It was delivered June 22nd and I still don’t have any updates. Case still says RFE and the date of the deadline smh. I did call the customer service number and the agent told me she sees that 7 documents were uploaded to my file on June 26th but she couldn’t tell what they were so it’s no telling.

@Chosen Empress I sent via usps next day delivery and the tracking already shows delivered the next day

i received updates in my inbox on USCIS website regarding my RFE, i did reach out to them on June 15th asking if they received my RFE, and i got responses from them on July 7th saying that they received it and they resumed processing... so i will wait patiently for my approval....

Call them to confirm they received it. Say infopass you will get human being. RFE Take about45to 60 days to review.
