yes don’t worry if you are still in normal processing times all cases are different sometimes take longer it’s frustrating I know

I waited 465 days, I received an RFE back in June sent everything that they asked for and I received an approval July 21st, now we're waiting for the NVC letter

my RFE came in and it was an error my lawyers made instead of yes they put no if I had brought some previously in the past thru an I129f that was 18 years ago and more pics of first meeting

hopefully I can get approved soon this is so disappointing

@ William Earle, how many pics did you submit originally with the petition of the first meeting? I’m curious why they asked for more, how much was not enough...

I sent a lot of pics but they said I didn’t send none my lawyers are resending everything with more proof they are just picking people random to send RFE that’s my thinking plus there was a small misunderstanding in my petition

I sent more than 10 but they said they never got them just got the boarding passes only and NO pics

try to send pics that describe a lot like important events I sent my fiancés birthday celebration and her daughters those are pics they can prove with birth dates that are real stuff like that or like special places in the background

so they won’t be just satisfied with boarding pass and tickets that you met your fiancé? do they need pictures also. if they loss the picture will they send you RFE just for the pictures?

AA yes I’ve met my fiancé twice before submitting petition but they need pictures and the more the better I’ve traveled numerous times already but because of a misunderstanding I got a RFE but hopefully it’s all good now they’ve just received my response today hopefully I’ll get approval finally please God 🙏🏻

I received an RFE and had to send a lot of evidence and after I sent it I received the approval within a few days

@AE how much photos/evidence did you submit with your original petition? I sent 5 photos from first meeting and 17 pictures from our second meeting.. I’m still waiting for approval (428 days today)

For the my original petition I sent just the passport style photos since that's the only ones that they ask for and then for the RFE I sent like 200 lol since the beginning of our relationship

They didn't, I sent bunch of pictures with his family, my family and friends I also sent pictures of a trip that we did to Colombia, intent to marry letter which I also sent at the beginning, Affidavit from two ppl that knows about our relationship

i got a rfe 2 and they ask for , Intent to marry Intent to marry Pictures conversations Wedding plan... and blah blah and i was approved in 2 weeks

I just received my Case number from NVC but there is no Invoice ID Number

@Natalie Lucien, NVC is not accepting calls at this time only inquiries and they take for ever to answer, I was waiting for the case number since July so it took 2 months and 6 days for them to provide a case number
