hey community, I need your help. so I got my welcome letter, “The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition.” however when I track the case it says it is “In transit” but the interview date was not on the email. under the “in transit” it says “ your case is in transit to the consular section. your interview date was provided to you by the National visa center.” I just got my welcome letter today after 85 days and have no even paid my DS-160 yet so am confused how is it in transit if that is not paid yet. so can I just schedule an interview somehow? and then do my DS-160 form? because it says I have to schedule the interview, the consulate does not schedule it for me but I have no clue where to even schedule the interview. looking forward to you’ll knowledge. #K1 #I129F

Has anyone filed for the Advance Parole/Travel document I-131 while adjustment of status is pending?
My fiance is supposed to be coming to the states by the end of March. We plan to get legally married soon after he arrives and then will start the adjustment of status application, as well as the advance parole document, because we are scheduled to have our wedding reception out of the country in August. We need to get accepted for the travel document in order for him to enter back into the states while his adjustment of status is pending, but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this? hiya, a month ago my fiancé and I received this message:
We mailed your document for your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number ***********. If you do not receive your document by March 10, 2023, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you.
we still both haven’t received anything in the mail, but what does it mean? what document are they mailing to us and what can we expect to hear next? the notice we received before the above message was our first one in October last year to let us know they’ve received our case and gave us our receipt number. #K1 #k1visa #i-129f #documentmailed

NVC Welcome letter received after 84 days
Hi, just sharing that we received our Welcome Letter from NVC today, 84 days after NVC received our case from USCIS, for K1 visa, they sent our case to US embassy in Belgrade, Serbia. I hope Valentines brought good news to many of you today as well! ❣️❣️❣️#nvc #k1
