congratulations 🎊 I’m a I-129 too I’d been waiting 295 long days 😪

366 days today( loosing hope, but i see the December 2021 is getting approvals this march, so its like 15-16 months) so 4 more to go ? oh i hope so , I really hope everyone will have some great news rolling in

@Yamy Q not sure I understand your question but the number of days will show on your application. I applied in December 2021 and got approved this month. I hope that helps

congratulations, have you heard from NVC yet?

@Vivi 🙂 I haven’t, not sure how long that takes before you hear from them.

apparently it’s taking about 2-3 months to get the welcome letter from NVC and then they will transfer to you embassy. it shouldn’t take more than 4-5 months to have the visa on hand. that’s what I have seeing people posting lately, I hope it’s faster than that. I can’t wait any longer. I’m still waiting for my USCIS approval.

@Vivi 🙂 that’s crazy, I hope it doesn’t take that long. I checked the NVC website and it says they are currently processing the approvals they received between March 3 and March 20

@arike akanni NVC received my case last week but I’m still waiting for my welcome letter, this waiting is killing me

@Vivi 🙂 I received mine also, but you don’t have to wait for the letter, go ahead and make your payment for visa and start with the processing, the instruction is on the website when you enter the case number that was sent to you.

@arike akanni they haven’t created a case and invoice number yet, I know they received because I made an inquiry and they said they received it but haven’t start working on it yet, we’re you able to schedule the interview yet?

@Vivi 🙂 I have a case number and it says to go ahead and schedule, but I am unable to because I need the invoice number. so now I’m confused on what to do. we made visa payment already though

@arike akanni just wanted to update you, my case was approved April 18, NVC created the case July 8 and July 20 the American embassy received it and we were able to book the interview for August 24. I’m so excited 😆

@Vivi 🙂 I’m soo happy for you. I am also at the point where I am trying to find interview date, hopefully I find something soon as well.
