well my I130 was just approved 2 days ago my PD is November 22 2021

how can you find out if it’s in line vs it’s assigned? @Jane Grey

@ Jane Grey that’s what they had told me too and then my case updated to case is being actively reviewed and the next day they approved the i130, I called yesterday as well and spoke to someone and they told me they sent me an rfe and my status is not updated showing that so I don’t know what’s going on

@Jane Gret it was a few months ago and I just stopped checking my status and gave up because I saw that people that filed after me was being approved before me and when I try to connect with someone via Emma they kept telling me it’s at the NBC and it’s within normal processing time 🤷🏽‍♀️ and disconnects the chat so I just left them alone

@Jane yes at this point all we can do is wait

try talking to a live agent tell Emma you want an info pass appointment and it’ll connect you to a live agent and maybe they could help
