Guys, so on my case status I got approved on DECEMBER 20th, 2021. NO1 was October 12th, 2021. Received NO2 by December 27th or 28th. Now on January 12th, 2023 my case status changed. Now it says I got approved on January 12th, 2023 and yesterday I received another NO2. Im not only worried that my case was not sent to the NVC on my first approval because thats 2-3 weeks backed up already if they waited until my January approval to send it to NVC. This also shows how unorganized they have been with these case because how do you approve a case twice? That second time approving me could've been someone else that have not heard from them at all and have been waiting forever.#K1

I saw some cases have problems when they had been send to NVC and so NVC send it back to USCIS to review again then sent it to NVC again, I dunno maybe your case is like this

ama send them an email better just to be sure.. maybe that is the case..
