She can try to call them but it won't change anything. Your case is still within 'normal' processing time Lorena. Earliest enquiry about the case you can submit on 6th of Feb 2023 according to USCIS website. It is a bull****. I'm in the same boat. All we have got left is to be strong and patient. Good luck love
