I am a green card holder and we passed our interview in Philadelphia field office last week. The I130 was approved the next day and I already got an update about I765 but the i485 still not updated. Could you give me an explanation for this? how long will take to be updated? do we have to wait more to get the GC because my husband already got an update on his EAD card after the interview?

RFE ISSUE #i485
I got an RFE on Sep 15. I replied to the RFE on Sep 28.
last week the status changed to Biometrics but it does NOT show RFE response is received.
I have a few questions
1- Is RFE cleared?
2- Will USCIS not process anything until RFE is received/cleared or will they still change status?

I got an RFE on Sep 17th, Replied to the RFE next week.
12 October, I checked, it shows status biometric is scheduled. Does it mean that the RFE is cleared?
Because when I check the case history it does not show that RFE response was recieved.

EB3 485 Biometrics Appt for primary only
Hi guys,
I got my biometrics appt for Raleigh FO today (notice dated 30th August) for 23rd September. I am the primary applicant and I have also applied for my spouse at the same time. But she did not receive her appt. What should we do in this situation? Did anyone face anything similar?

Interview 7/27, No updates since (SLC, UT Office)
I had my interview July 27th, 2021, everything went well, the interviewing officer was pretty friendly and told us he needed to request my DACA documents before reviewing my application and said that might take two weeks. I haven’t heard anything since and my case still shows “Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed”.
Does anyone know how long that usually takes? is that pretty normal?

AOS Interview is done case must be reviewed....
Hello all,
today we have done our K1 visa adjustment of status interview. after the basic verification process IO separated us, and asked a lot questions about our married life etc, we answered quite well expect only 2/3 answers bit nonmatching. after all we are human and being nervures it could happen.
at start of interview the IO asked us for documents which can verify our living together, we gave our joint bank statement, our gym contracts, Costco membership etc etc he kept that bundle of documents and did not return to us, and also asked us to give him 10 photos from our album to give him and at the end of the interview he said he needs to review our case and you will receive a decision by mail.
Does anyone been though same situation or any one can help us that is this normal?
Any respond to this topic will be highly appreciate.

Does anyone know when I can expect to receive the biometric appointment?
And do you how long prior to the appointment date will I receive the appointment notice?

Respnse from USCIS about an EB-2 I-485 case
Mine is EB-2 type I-485 and my priority date has become current in April, 2021. Interview was completed in Jan, 2020 as well. Since it's been 3 months and no update so far then I submitted a service request at the begining of June. I got a reply from USCIS saying that """""""According to USCIS records, we are unable to move forward with your application until the required background checks have been completed. At this time, we are unable to determine when the adjudication of your case will be completed and no further action is required from you.""""""I just don't understand why they are still doing background check? Have anyone had the same situation? #EB2 #I485
No decision after I-485 Interview (K1 AOS)
Hey all,
We will have had our AOS interview 30 days ago tomorrow. The officer was very clinical and was not in the mood for niceties. It was quite jarring as her questions were vague and difficult at times to understand what exactly she was asking. She got seemingly frustrated but clarified and we were able to answer correctly. Other than that, it was fine. Afterwards, she took about a dozen photos from our albums, and declined to look at any more evidence stating she had all that she needed and that she’d review it and we’d find out within 120 days (she emphasized this).
We did not get a letter there nor in the mail and our case status remains at “interview scheduled.” Considering the status hasn’t changed to “under review”, it makes me think it hasn’t been touched at all. I’m concerned because we didn’t get a decision on the spot, but I’ve been told it isn’t abnormal. I don’t see why she wouldn’t approve it given the evidence, the previously approved K1, and the fact that we’ve been married for almost 2 years now.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
