Hi, our I-485 approved on same day, but my wife's card was already mailed but not mine, my status is still showing that case was approved. I could see the tracking number also. Can USCIS send both the cards in the same package? Thank you. #I485

Case moved from “new card is being produced” to “case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”

I got my notice yesterday saying card is being produced and today it’s saying something different about fingerprints being taken. I’m a little confused. is it a glitch or something?. does anyone have this experience and how long did it take from card is being produced to getting the tracking number and getting the actual card delivered. thanks #i485

Interview questions

Have anyone experience questions during the interview, that are indirect evidence to the couple? We were not asked any questions about our relationship.marriage, etc. I was asked about my husbands job, pay day, bank, his son and where he lives My husband was asked about the rent, the amount, my children, my job, pay day and bank. #i485 #interview

Finally i485 approved wthin 5 months NBC

F1 to H1b to GC .. it was a long road. special thanks to my employer who did excellent job at every stage from opt (f1) to h1 to perm to i140 to i485. - 2017 F1 (student) - 2019 hired on CPT and then continue on OPT after graduation - 2019 got H1b - 2020 Perm (may to nov) and i140 (nov -premium processing) from March 2020 to May 2021 I was outside US because of covid and trump h1b bans. My employer filed my Perm and i140 while I was outside US and special thanks to them as they supported me all that time period of 14 months by allowing me to continue working from outside US. - 2021 i485 (june to dec) - no interview #EB3 #i485 #Greencard

Doubt (help appreciated)

I moved to the US in July 2021 with a tourist visa. My wife and & I committed on December 2019 after 5 years of relationship but we couldn't get married due to covid (she is a US citizen who always lived in Mexico, I am a Mexican doctor) When we arrived to US we finally got Married in July 30th We filled the petition here in the US on September 2021 (we arrived on July 20th) I am currently reading something about the 90 day period, does that means I´m gonna have trouble because we filled early or something like that??? any information will be highly appreciated #marriage #petition #application #i130 #i485 #ead #i765

Case Status not updating

Hi all my 485 and 130 recieved notice is dated on April 14th 2021.. since then my case status on the website has never changed. it still says fees are wavied. I recieved a mail for biometeric and i have submitted biometeric on August 24 2021.
