Hi guys. I’ve Received I -693 deficiency notice that they dont have my I-693 because my lawyer told me not to do it becuase we didn’t know how long the whole process will take. Do you guys know after the letter like this you suppose to get “ interview scheduled“ or rfe or next step whatever it is ? Becuase it says “do not mail document at this time” only if they will send RFE for that. thank you #i485 #i693

I got my deficiency letter on December 9th, 2021 and still nothing, so it could take longer than 6 months!

@randy chatura about 2 months apart. my i130 just got actively reviewed on may 24th and the same day they sent me I - 693. Had hopes 😂

Last week on twitter USCIS encouraged people to send their medicals because they want to use up this year's GC. Do we have to wait for an RFE, because l am taking my chance and mailing mine this week. What do you guys think?
