ASC birometric done 02/15/2022
Hello All,
I hope all is well. I'm new to here. My family had bio metric done on 02/15/2022. so far No update change in online status. In my case asc letter got delivered into different mail box . And lucky got after 2 month( we about to call USCIS to know the letter ) . So we went to ASC center and explained to ASC officer they allowed us to do the Bio enteric. Also I called USCIS and confirm Bio metric is counted.
This point what should i do? Pls advise or let me know. Thank you #Biometric #i485

Hi guys,
Does anyone have information how NBC process EAD or Combo cards?
Do they take into consideration FO?
What has more priority - PD or Biometrics date? or smth else...?
I noticed in the last couple weeks that they approve EADs/combo cards for Nov 2021, Dec 2021, Jan 2022 filers... when June - October 2021 are still waiting.
I know that this statistics is not accurate but that what I noticed in the last couple weeks.
My PD 09/01/2021 FO Atlanta , NBC - 765,131, 485. Marriage based, us citizen.

i485 Request for initial evidence
so I received an update from uscis requesting me to submit the tax return, proof Nationality and the form i864 for my second joint sponsor again. I have all the documents I need ready but I am confused about one thing. When I first filled out the form i864 for my second joint sponsor, at that time they weren’t sponsoring another immigrant yet but now they are. Do I need to fill it out like I originally did or should I fill it out with the latest changes? #uscis #i485
