@AG did your case transferred to NBC yet? my case was transferred to NBC from Nebraska Service Center on March 1st 2022 @have faith in god faith what is your case type? EB or Family based??

@K J eb type and not yet.And the really bullshit part is those who are filing these days are getting it easily but I ho have been waiting long time haven’t been approved yet.Idk uscis needs to attend our cases more not the newest filers.That’s totally unfair to us.

i guess you’re eb case? I got rfe letter from mount laurel as well but besides medical, they also request w2/ paystub etc. that i cant provide since i dont work. any update yet?

@ann t yeah EB-3 skilled I acutally got a RFE same excactly same as your. RFE and w2/ recent 3 month paystub etc. since my status is F1 now. I dont have w2 etc to sent for an RFE. so I had to sent only medical RFE. and my lawyer sent RFE response to the mount laurel field office and arrived there on April 11th. and still waiting for decision. Last Monday I created a service request because I waited more 60 days for approval as well. any update for you??

@KJ: omg! finally someone’s one the same boat with me. I will mail the medical exam to my attorney office first thing tomorrow. Did your lawyer tell you what he respond on the w2 matter or just nothing at all? I guess their RFE is just general request that applied to every eb case.

@ann t when did your case transferred to the mount laurel field office? when did you receive your RFE notice? for w2 and paystub etc on my RFE notice says “if you are an employed something something” so I am not an employed now (no necessary to response this RFE) my lawyer took care of my RFE response. also when is your due date for your rfe response btw thank you

I received it on June 10. Due date to respond to the rfe is early September. I wish I could see the w2 page of yours in the rfe letter because I dont have the “if” sentence. For the w2 matter, I just took an action on my own which is going to the social security administration and ask for the social denial letter to prove that I’ve never been assigned a SSN so I couldn’t work. Couldn’t work = no w2/ paystub. My attorney didn’t let me know what they’re about to respond to the w2 request.

when did your case transferred to the NBC and then to the mount laurrl field office? I received mine on March 28th and rfe response arrived at the mount laurel field office on April 11th and still waiting more than 60 days now. its kind of weird about your RFE. i dont know whey they didnt mentioned “if” what is your current status?

Also F1. Transferred to nbc Feb 11. not sure about FO transfer date. Can you quote the “if” sentence in your case? I know someone got approved 3 months afte rfe response. You’re close!

@ann t can you quote about the w2/ paystub sentence start with in your case? I will let you know mine soon. but you got your RFE notice pretty late I think. your case is transferred to NBC on Feb and you got your RFE notice in 4 month.

Here’s mine: Submit the following: ⚫ current employment letter/offer from your petitioning employer on the employer's letterhead, signed and dated by an official. The letter must describe your specific job duties in detail, salary, date hired, wage, if temporary or permanent, full or part time, length of employment, and likelihood of continued employment; ⚫copies of your three (3) most recent pay stubs; copies of your W-2 forms; and ⚫ copies of your 1040 forms. Please let me know yours at soon as you can yeah, I got rfe notice pretty late, after 4 long months

If your employer is different from the information listed on the underlying I-140 petition, submit a sworn affidavit of explanation along with the information below. also I have same lists as you provided too.

@Ann T Thank you so much. About 3 months after they received my RFE response. And yes. mount laurel is not my local field office. interview wavied. my local office is at Los Angelels County Field office.
