Case Transferred from SRC
My case was transferred from SRC to NBC on May 28th. I got a notice that a new office has jurisdiction on May 31st. Anyone else in the same situation? What field office was your case transferred to?

it might still be with NBC. most people are getting 2 notices. one to say it changed another to say another office has jurisdiction

that's good news I got similar situation, check on the notice you will see why it was transferred from SRC to NBC to my own case it was to facilitate the process that's speed up.

update: I got an RFE to submit I485J. hopefully, after this, the case will be approved.

Friends: I'm on the same boat as well. Yesterday, I got an update online that my EB3 downgraded case with approved 140 has been moved from SRC to some other center(hopefully NBC). And I have another EB2 (direct filing w/ dates current) in NBC already with 485J. Also medicals were submitted while filing in both cases. Any idea what could be next ?

Also, I forgot to mention in my earlier comment that my EB3 downgraded case is not current(my PD is 10/31/2013) though its been transferred to NBC. Since I have done refiling in EB2 (which is current) as well, does NBC or FO will review both of these before taking a decision ?

they usually go case by case, that is processing every case separately
